Users assigned the account Admin role have the following capabilities in the ML Binders™ Software :
- Define organization-wide settings around which all account binders will be organized. Specific settings include Organization Types, Users Types, Buildings, Zones, Floors, Spaces and Systems.
- Manage internal and external user accounts including assigning organization-wide roles.
- Manage binders including creating, editing, and setting binder permissions.

Binder Managers can create new binders, edit existing binders, and set binder specific user permissions.
Binder Users can view binders. Depending on the user settings on specific binders, they may also be able to upload files and modify the binder.
