As an Administrator, you will have the ability to adjust Notification settings for individual Users and Binders.
Adjusting Binder notifications
1. Select Binders on the Left-side navigation menu
2. Select the notification icon () next to one of the Binders
3. Check off to enable the notification. You can uncheck to disable that notification.
4. Click Save
Adjusting User Notifications
1. Select Users Users
2. Select the notification icon () next to one of the Users
3. Check off to enable the notification. You can uncheck to disable that notification for each Binder.
4. Click Save
Individual users will also have the ability to adjust their personal notifications that are coming from ML Binders.
As an ML Binders User, you can manage which system notifications you receive. To do so use the following steps
1. Select the profile icon at the top right of the page
2. Select Edit Default Notifications
3. The default is to receive all notifications. To turn off specific notifications, deselect the appropriate checkbox. To turn on specific notifications, select the appropriate checkbox.
4. Select Submit to save your settings.
Editing Default Notifications
Individual Users will have the ability to Edit their own notifications that are associated with Binders they have access to.
1. Select the profile icon at the top right of the page
2. Select Edit Notifications
3. The default is to receive all notifications. To turn off specific notifications, deselect the appropriate checkbox. To turn on specific notifications, select the appropriate checkbox.
4. Click Save
