ML Binders allows binder admins to create a template. When the template is created, it will copy the existing binder formation Section/Subsections and can be used when adding a new binder.
Creating a Template
1. Select Binders from the Left-side Navigation Menu.
2. Select a Binder.
You will now be viewing the binder.
3. Select the action button at the top right, and click "Generate Template."
4. Name the template and click Save.
The template can now be used when creating a new binder. Please click HERE to learn more about creating and editng a binder.
You will notice the Binder Section/Sub Sections are the same when you create a new binder from a template.
Managing Templates
Note: Only admin users can see this option.
1. Select Settings > Templates from the left-side navigation menu.
2. Select one of the following actions.
Edit: - Editing will allow you to adjust the template name and make it Active vs. Inactive
Activate/Inactivate: - Selecting this will inactivate the template if it is active.
If it is an inactive template it will turn it back to active.
Note: If you make a template inactive, it will not appear as a template option when adding a new binder.
Reactivate a Template
1. Select Settings > Templates from the left-side navigation menu.
2. Select "Show only Active Templates" to off
3. Click next to a template that says Active = False to reactivate it.
