Manage floors

Administrators can add, edit, or delete floors. Floors are dependent binder settings that can be used in buildings.

To add a new floor:

1. Select Settings > Buildings > Floors. The Manage Floors page appears.

   

2. Click . The Manage Floor page appears.

   

3. Enter a Floor name.
4. Click Save.

To manage an existing floor:

1. Select Settings > Buildings > Floors. The Manage Floors page appears.

2. Next to the floor you want, do any of the following:

   To...	Then...
   Edit a floor	a. Click . The Manage Floor page appears. b. Make any desired edits. c. Click Save.
   Delete a floor Note: You can only delete a floor that is not associated with a binder.	Click . Important: The floor is deleted immediately without a confirmation.
