- Click Binders. The Manage Binder page appears.
Click the name of the binder you want. The Binder page appears.
Next to the section or subsection you want, click
, then select one of the following:
Option Description Add Sub-Section A pop-up appears.
a. Enter a Name.
b. Select the desired Background Color and Text Color by clicking
, then selecting the desired color.
c. Enter any desired Tags.
Note: Tags can be used to filter on the View Binders page.
d. Click Save.Show Edit History The history appears.
Edit Section A pop-up appears.
a. Make any desired changes.
b. Click Save.Move Section A pop-up appears.
a. Select the desired binder.
b. Click Save.Re-Order Sections A pop-up appears.
Drag and drop the sections to your desired order.
Re-Order Files A pop-up appears.
Drag and drop the files to your desired order.
Delete A pop-up appears.
Click Delete Section.
Add Note A pop-up appears.
a. Enter the desired note.
b. Click Save.Upload Files A pop-up appears.
a. To Overwrite Existing Files, select the checkbox.
b. Click Click to select files, and select the desired file.
Notes:
- Large images will be resized to 1,000px wide to reduce file size and increase performance for viewing.
- Only files with the following extensions will be included when you download a section or the entire binder: gif, jpg, png, pdf, txt.
- Maximum file name length is 150 characters. Files with longer names will not be uploaded or saved.
