Administrators can access more options in binders.
- Click Binders. The Manage Binder page appears.

Click the name of the binder you want. The Binder page appears.

Click Actions, then select one of the following:
Option Description Download a. Select which files you want.
Notes:
- A binder's sections and subsections will display all files within each section.
- Sections and subsections can be collapsed to hide files that you may not want to download.
- Sections without files default to being collapsed.
b. Click Download Selected Files.
Edit a. Make any desired changes.
b. Click Save.Add Note a. Enter a Title.
b. Enter the desired Note.
c. Select a Section.
d. Select any desired Tags.
e. Click Save.Alphabetical
Sort BinderThe binder's sections are automatically reordered alphabetically. Re-Order Sections Drag and drop the sections to your desired order.
Show Edit History The history appears.
Set Permissions The Binder Permissions page appears.
a. Next to the desired user, select or deselect any of the following:
- View
- Add Files

Admin
Note: To give a user all three permissions, select Check All.
b. Click Save.
Binder QR Code A QR code appears. This allows you to access this binder directly. Zip Import a. Select the binder you want to import to.
b. If you want to Overwrite existing files, select the checkbox.
c. If you want to Skip first directory, select the checkbox.
d. Click Select, and select the file you want.Note: All folders and files will be uploaded, but only the first five levels of folders will appear as sections and subsections. e. Click Import.
Archive The binder is automatically archived.
Note: To find archived binders, turn on the Include Archived Binders toggle. Generate Template A pop-up appears.
a. Enter a Template Name.
b. Click Save.You can now choose this template when you add a new binder.
